You have the right to ask to see the information the therapist hold about you, please ask your therapist and you can view it in a session. You can ask the therapist to change any information they hold about you that is incorrect. You have the right to ask the therapist to delete information that they hold about you, which they will save for that which they have a legal obligation to keep – for example for their business tax purposes.
